Travel Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Colombo – Into the Wild
  • Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Colombo.
  • Relax and prepare for the upcoming adventure.
  • Optional: Visit the National Museum of Colombo to explore Sri Lanka’s natural history exhibits.
  • Overnight in Colombo.

Day 2: Colombo to Wilpattu – The Land of Lakes
  • Early morning drive to Wilpattu National Park, Sri Lanka’s largest wildlife park.
  • Afternoon: Embark on a thrilling jeep safari to spot leopards, sloth bears, and water birds.
  • Evening: Relax at a nearby eco-lodge.
  • Overnight near Wilpattu.

Day 3: Wilpattu to Minneriya – Elephant Encounters
  • Travel to Minneriya National Park, famous for the Gathering of Elephants.

Day 4: Minneriya to Yala – The Leopard Kingdom

Day 5: Yala Safari and Udawalawe – Elephant Haven

  • Drive to Udawalawe National Park.
